i don't think that Akuma is stronger than Bison, in fact nobody knows who of them is stronger . I would say they are at the same level, but we don't see Bison truth power because in Street Fighter 2 The Animated Movie Bison only played with ryu and ken. Bison fought them not seriously (my opinion) because he underrate them . i've seen also the Street Fighter Alpha movie but Akuma didn't fight there,that's why i can't say anything about his skills.
