@TheBlueFireWolf no they also eat insects and when they are adults they can eat whole mice. I feed my 6 mother a lot of snails and crickets as well as some strawberries as a treat.

Yeah, it's better not to cook them. :)Loads of vitamins and stuff are lost if you cook them or freeze them.
