  • pow maneiro

  • mate, this bike is cool, why not post a video with you getting chased by the cops, I think you would get away, if not just tell them you were insane..

  • take that lawn mower pipe of the end and you will have a better sounding bike and faster

  • nice end of road sign

  • i used to have one and i would have one hand on the brake and one on the govenor on the engine so i would rip the engine and the tires would scream but that was on a 12hp mini bike

    lot of fun :)

  • How many meters tall is this kid? I want to buy a bike like that, but this seem so its small, compared to the height of the kid.

  • thats awesome hahahah

  • i mean vertical

  • is that a horizontal engine tipped sideways?

  • today is a sad day... i lost my bid on ebay for a chopper bike...

  • haha nice welding for the exhaust....

  • what mods did u do

  • by the way the walmart spedos are junk and inacurate my 6.5hp motor toped out at 40mph and it wasnt a clone motor it was a honda clone motors are shit compared to real name brand motors like honda and i had a radar gun

  • @89fordpickup i have also verified it with gps.. the clone engines work great i have a genuine honda gx200 too. i would know. and my gearing is probably higher than yours.

  • 7 envidiosos....

  • who the fuck would want to ride this?

  • @spanelj who the fuck wouldn't??

  • i

    k<mxidjkfmkmfdjthgjfkkv

  • Sube el manillar o consigue uno de moto con estilo Chopper , y las piernas deben quedarte mas estiradas así que debes colocar los pedales mas adelante

  • Nice, sounds like you will burn out your clutch quickly though.

  • love your bike dude!

  • kkkkkk, eutenhoo uma assim tbm iradoo

  • i can jogg faster than that.

  • @gdog5ifty damn you can jog faster then 55mph???

  • awhile back i used a 16" version of the same bike with a 49cc 2 stroker slow to go, but hit close to 50. scary ride tho!

  • me and my dad are building the exact same thing but my bike is black

dose your have a lot of torque?

  • @pete9619 Haha.. Talk about torque.. Im putting a 35+ hp 2-stroke polaris engine on one that I have.. And it's going to have a comet torque converter drive on it.. Top speed is around 70+ im hoping.. But i have welded disc brakes on it.. So it stops pretty quick.. Better than those rim brakes!!

  • @pete9619 i been using hydraulic caliper and disc on everything i build... i aslo have a comet that was on my go kart. man, that thing was nice

  • thats sick man

  • you should put a bigger sprocket on the back

  • хуйня

  • this bike are cool,

but this kid riding looks a retarded...

  • @alexkuse your english is retarded

  • @pa3888 Thank God I do not live in the Babylon

  • awesome bike. Those motors aren't really supposed to pull 55 though. i did that mod to my baja and fucked the crank seals almost immediately.

  • 55 my ass

  • @loh1110 I think it might and I say might... reach 35 on a good day.

  • @TheLovshak a vehicles rolls down a bumpy street @ 55, you better have suspension in the back as well if you don't want to fly.

  • @loh1110 because of the gearing, it probably takes a while for the revs to wind up into the power band. I was on a pocket bike with the same problem - claimed top speed of 40 mph but boy was it slower than a granny on a bicycle of the line. The revs gradually built and at 20mph I ran out of car park. Lift the back wheel and the engine would rev to BAAAAAMMMM BAAAMM!!

  • COOL...

  • what did you use to mount the engine im doin a simliar project with same engine please respond it will hepp a million******

  • @LILJOJO567 helppp********

  • how do you like that clutch?

  • I like the method of removing the hot muffler.

  • how did you make the engine mount

  • Also, get a sweeping bend for the exhaust. Tight 90 restricts flow.

  • Nice build. If you still have the bike remove the friction clutch and install a comet torque converter kit. You will have all the take off torque you'll ever need and rapid acceleration. Besides the price tag (180.00 bucks) nothing but gains with the conversion. They also had a disc brake kit for this bike, but don't know how well it worked.

  • @goodmechanic I was going to say the same thing!!!

  • Let me see, you drilled and welded your bike frame to install an engine that'll push it 55mph ... with rim brakes. Hope you have life insurance.

  • @MTJLT Why? What do you think will happen?

  • @MrCherubhair1 Well, if it hasn't happened by now it probably won't. I was mainly concerned about the rib brakes not being designed for that kind of speed, but if it works, it works. I was also thinking of what might happen to the frame's structural integrity. I'm happy to hear I was wrong.

  • @MTJLT nice V-Brakes aren't bad if set up properly, unless he's going to race with that thing he'll be fine.

  • nice grass

  • Nice bike, fuk the trolls!

  • i would check your clutch. your gona weld it to your shaft trust me you can hear it squeeling when u take off plus i bet it turns red hot after about 20 min of rideing the clutch is too weak for the motor.

  • were did you get the torque clutch and chain tensioner

  • i'll buy it for $200

  • Hey I'm installing a pull start engine as well and like the look of the pedals as footrests, how did you reverse the pedals like that and keep them to stay at that angle??

  • maybe someone has already mentioned this....... have you considered installing a jack shaft? Seems like you have everything working good, Goes fast, only it looks like you don't have much torque to climb hills. Unless your only interested in speed. Either way seems like job well done.

  • @Microillusions

im definately using a jackshaft next time. you are right it accelerates kinda slow.

  • @thulination

Yeah I understand all to well. Just finished building my own motorized bicycle. Just building my chain tensioner took 3 different designs. So i understand when it comes to changing anything.... anyways

check my channel if you want to see my bicycle creation... let me what yu think when you get around to it.

  • @thulination excuss me but how does it idle?

  • @Microillusions WHATS A JACK SHAFT????

  • Comment removed

  • You might get a bit more out of it if you can use a bent piece of pipe for the header. But great work, it's awesome. Haha :)

  • @jcadlols What is the diameter of the exhaust exit? You might be able to find a bent pipe fitting or something if you don't have anything to bend it with. :)

  • bosted

  • stupid kids

  • @dehsantanao They thought Henry Ford was stupid in 1896, also!

  • don't to go to far with that china junk motor,

  • lol nice pip ...

  • maybe u should consider a B & S tuning exhaust pipe, makes these engines sound so much better.

  • dam 55mph!! thats nuts, they need to increase the engine size on the motorized bike kits, i want more power then my measly 66cc! :[

  • 55mph? That's faster than my go-kart with a Honda GX270!

  • @NuttersForFraggle I'm not in english class no need for punctuation is there, oh by the way you misspelled stupid. next time don't misspell when your trying to be the punctuation police, but then again i am sorry you just have a 4th grade reading level anyway.

  • whats the name of the motor/where u got it from/brand name?

  • how fast?!

  • just asking how old are you? :S

  • hey where did you get the kit im interested in building one of these or posibly buying one? if anyone know aanything or is selling one my email is geabyer@yahoo.com

  • lol!, what a dumass. you wear shorts while your next to the engine block.. do u have any idea how hot that gets?!, then you take the silencer of the end of the exhaust. while its still hot. fuckin hell. only americans

  • sounds like shit

  • is that the stock chain?

  • spark it or park it!

  • how much £$

  • and it uses a bigger chain

  • i have a suggestion for you. put a the AIXRO XR50 rotary engine

  • lol the lawnmover has wheel and a ram on it!!

  • i built one of these with a 3.5 hp briggs motor for like a 150$ bucks cause my frend gave me the bike and motor. it tops out at obout 40mph but the one thing that suck about it is that is so slowwww on take off i thought it was cause i used a dirt bike tire in the rear but i saw u have the same problem so its got to be the clutch of the gear ratio it may be the clutch i got mine frome some place in sanford fl. where did u get urs ?????

  • nice

  • i had that bike i gave it away it was blak :(

  • you need a bigger exhaust. lol

  • nice mines ten times beter good work

  • Cool bike!! sorry bro welds look like shit!!!

  • i like your foot pegs!

  • nice ride, I made one also,, there fun as hell

  • damn that clutch is loud

  • make it road legal....

  • dude. If you did put a brake light, normal lights and maybe indicators (and license plate holder) would it become streetlegal?

  • @TheStealther yes it will! you will need a brake light, head light, turn signals, speedometer, and a license plate holder then you can get it registered and get a license plate and of course a motorcycle license and then boom street legal!!! dont forget to put on your new tags every year!!!

  • Dude, that is pretty bad-ass for fabricating on your own..without a bike motor kit. Just awesome. I saw another video on youtube of a guy who made a board-track racer replica using the same/similar engine from Harbor Freight. Those suckers put out a lot of speed. Great work!

  • Lolz! $100 for a 6.5hp engine and that can't be beat? Princess Auto sells the same Clone motor for $80. Good job on the bike though. Looks good.

  • Sounds good too :O)

  • nice man.

  • hey man, do u mind sending me an inbox with more or less detailed info about how u built the bike? not so much where you bought parts and stuff.. just if u feel like it :D i was planning on starting a project like this at the start of summer. thx in advance m8! good job btw, it looks bloody awesome ;)

  • PLEASE TELL ME WHERE? REPLY ASAP

  • WHERE DID YOU BUY THE ENGINE?

  • I am wondering how fast it goes and where your got it because i might put it on a motor scooter. please reply!!!!!!!

  • Where did you get a different intake filter setup

  • nice bike

  • Is this legal?

  • Hey dude, nice idea to buy the tank off ebay. Careful with the exhaust though, i burnt my leg on one before (a road bike) and still have the scar till today.

  • Hey dude, nice idea to buy the tank off ebay. Careful with the exhaust though, i burnt my leg on one before (a road bike) and still have the scar till today.

  • Nice work, that thing moves. Wouldn't you rather have a twist grip throttle?

  • not loud enuf

  • @MrFrj123 the video doesnt do it justice. i havent seen the bike but i got one of them motores strajgt piped and its pretty loud

  • Nice bike, how many mpg do you think it gets?

  • hey mate i am doing the same thing as what u r doing put my gear ratio is too high i was just wondering what your gear ratio is?? please reply

  • is that a 60 teeth sprocket at the back and 12 teeth on the clutch? nice bike

  • i'm going to buy that engine for my project stingray. Where did you get the clutch?

  • i was out and about on my old kit a few monthes ago and got tired of constantly having to fix the darn stock throttle handle thingy. ended up just routing it to a brake lever and found it a lot better.

  • wow that is cool

  • hey what is that speedometer called that you have

  • im working on this rite now

  • lol i had a 6.5 on a chopper like this one time but it was the up right motor.

  • i built a diamond back drifter with the same engine from harbor freight but i did not like the way the engine hung over to the far right as far as balance goes so i had to fab a custom jackshaft...u did a awesome job u should be proud and i think it looks awesome.....its a great feeling isnt it to build something that wasnt meant to be and bring it to life..these punks that cant say anything positive should try to build one before they run there paper punk lips!!!!!!!!!!

  • haha i got the same bike but its bigger.

  • Is the rear wheel a surly large marge?

  • are you bypassing the governor

  • why is the clutch so damn loud?

  • this is 50cc ? :/

  • @vladoiraklisg10 dude. its a 6.5 horse power 4 cycle engine.

  • that would be cool to do wheelies on

  • @Sims3fan2000 i can do a wheelie on this bike but not with the engine on it

  • Awesome!!!

  • How did u get the throttle to work??

  • Your exhaust pipe has too sharp of a bend at the flange, try going to arc racing.com they have an exhaust system that will work for ur bike.

  • lol bike cost about 100$ right ? then the weed waker cost like what 90$? + 10$ parts ":P ?

  • it sounds like shit

  • how did u mount the sprocket to the rim and did u drill the frame to bolt the motor to it

  • cool chopper bike

  • cool chopper bike

  • cool chopper bike

  • i will totally buy that from u

  • damn rich kids!!!

  • @aassdd85 .... funny thing is it only cost me $200. and a lot of work.

  • @thulination good job since when is somebody rich when theyre buying a harber freight engine you can get em for $100 lol :)

  • Comment removed

  • @thulination ur lucky u have 200$

  • @thulination u got nice grass

  • @aassdd85 haha its not expensive, if your jelous, you need to hate on the damn smart kyds :D they have bike for 40 dollars at the pawn shop =]

  • @aassdd85 Damn jealous bastards!!!

  • @aassdd85 Damn haters!!!

  • @aassdd85 whats wrong with being rich hobo?

  • @aassdd85 i got one of those motors from harbor freight for 99$ and the bike is cheep .i put that motor on a kids mini 70 cc 4 wheeler now its a 196 hehe!!!

  • @aassdd85 rich kids arnt smart enough to build that

  • @aassdd85 you are an idiot a rich kid would have went out and bought the most expensive name brand motorcycle his parents would have let him on the other hand you have a child im sure in the upper middle class saving money but using his brain to make something a lot more intriguing and self satisfactory but alas we have idiots like you with random idiotic comments it never fails us good old you tube

  • Cool!! That engine looks a little too close to your leg though, but very good job on the custom fabrication.

  • nice bike! can u tell me whats you clutch, your chain and your sprokect pls?

  • You should have put a pluming elbow steel fitting on the exit part on your engine so the exhaust can shoot out much easier. you lose power the way you have it now. or go to home depot and get some electrical tubing and just use the pipe bender they have there and just bend the pipe so you don't have the trouble of spending almost 80 bucks on one when you can just do one simple bend there. or just spend 15 to 20 dollars on a big size pipe bender at a swap meet. That will work

  • Sweet build!!!

  • how much did this all cost and where did you buy this stuff?

  • nice love the tensioner but get new tank check out mine its quite simlarr well sort of

  • Those are great engines. I still can't believe how cheap they are; even with the 2 year warranty.

  • FAG.....southpark

  • Nice! Some great ingenuity!

  • HOLY SHIT 196cc DAMN FRIGGIN BIG MOTOR!

  • take off the blue pulstart housing and paint it red or black then put it back on it throws off the whole bike , other than that nice job , check out my minibike vids

  • did you weld the clutch insted of getting the right bolt?

  • how many teeth on your rear sprocket

  • cool...but! i can see you are using a motored bicycle gas tank...so im guessing you used to have the kit....what you should use for the chain is #40/41 pitch chain cause it wont break like the stuff from the kit. And second, you could have used the rear brakes by routing the chain under the rear arm, and you could of used the throttle from the kit as well, but still..really awesome bike

  • actually i just bought the tank off of ebay and the chain is very strong. no problems there. you are right about the brakes though.
