@joseaguilo Wanna know how else to get a six pack? It's called a diet, and if yours sucks, then you won't get a six pack regardless of what workout you do.
All of these work outs are excellent for getting into really good shape. Wont see me doing this amount of workouts but I know they work. A lot like the so called "300 workout". Thats a good thing on a cardio day.
"Toughest fittest person you know if you do this" That is no lie. MMA fighters prob have the best shot at completing this.
look dude. first do the 100 push ups. 25 pull ups 1 million jumping jacks, 50 bicycle crunches, 100 push ups again, 50 lunges, 5o leg curls, 100 bicycle crunches, 50 declined push ups... the tell me to do them. but i want to see you stop bullshiting people you cant do all that in one day ad if you do you will feel like shit the next day and you will surely stop..

true. very good insight. i do mine twice a week once when doing my compound superset and another usually 4 days later when doing my chest and back day
I've been using protein and creatine for a little while now, wasn't using it before, and with it I haven't seen any improvements, i'm trying to atleast put on 20 pounds before next summer, i've been working out hard still and changing put my routine, but haven't seen any improvements, even with the protein powder and creatine, any sugguestions?, I haven't changed my diet, and i even cut out cardio
drink a gallon of water a day with creatine and eat more carbs like potatoes yams pasta.. instead of protein pwder go buy a bag of weight gain, its an easy extra 1000 calories a day and if you work hard enough you wont see much fat, just lots of lean muscle mass, i gained 15 pounds in the past 40 days with just 1 bag of mutant mass

everyone is an expert and a critic on YouTube...this is a perfectly safe way to do pull-ups. I've observed hundreds of people (including myself) doing them from a dead hang without ever getting injured. don't jerk around like a spaz and you'll be fine...
@andrewbolivian I agree, shoulder impingement is also an injury resulting from exerting force at a dead hang. Most B grade trainers no nothing about bio mechanics or injury prevention so it's no surprise.
if you do a hanging shrug from the chinup bar it builds those muscles big time preventing injury, try it out just shrug yourself up without moving your elbows..
True, inverted shrugs in the shoulder press position and most kettlebell exercises will strengthen the supraspinatus from that particular angle as well.
Nevertheless, it's a progressive injury and strengthening it won't make it invincible nor will it eliminate the concept of 'the straw that broke the camels back,.' Especially when training dead hang pull-ups multiple times a week as many have begun to do with this recent explosion of 300/crossfit style training.

i wanna see this guy do the whole work out before he tells me to do 300 pressups, 500 squats, 10billion jumping jacks or whatever it was, if i did this, well i would die of starvation it would take that long
you should try the 300 workout by steve maxwell. He has three different levels of difficulty and its takes between 40 mins to 1 hours to do. He also does the hardest level workout as well to show you how its done. oh, did i tell you he in his 50's and looks good...no homo!!

Why I wouldn´t recommend anyone to train fitness first like this because if you don´t bodybuild and get your nice body first you will look like this guys who has trained what 20 years? and looks like he doesn´t know what a gym is , först bodybuild and then do fitness
type in "give me 4 week abs" in the searcher box and click on the video with hearts in the title to learn how to get a 6 pack in 4 weeks.

It's not about how many you do. It's about depth, form, and the slow movement of the workout. This is all wrong.

Those should be called "incline" pushups since you're hitting the same muscles you would on an incline bench press.

You can get into shape with this, but not build muscle mass. To do that you rly just have to do bodybuilding, powerlifting or whatever ..

bloody hell. this is all very good and that, and i dint mind a good workout.
but this would take ages! about 2 hours or someting.
you only want to be doing about an hour in the gym.

this workout is impossible! 100 pushups, then 25 pullups wtf?
Shokeybutsi 3 years ago 19
he didn't say to do them all at once. Break them up into sets
manofthestreet 3 years ago 3
i agree, you need to build a workout based on muscle groups...overwhelming everything isn't a good idea lol
iflyforsj 2 years ago
@Shokeybutsi No, it's not impossible. You have to build yourself up to it. It's tough, but not impossible.
100 pushups you can break down the sets to something like this: - 25 Pushups, 60 seconds rest - 20 Pushups, 60 seconds rest - 15 Pushups, 60 seconds rest - 15 Pushups, 90 seconds rest - 10 Pushups, 90 seconds rest - 10 Pushups, 60 seconds rest - 5 Pushups
This should take you around 10-15 minutes. Gradually reduce the rest between sets to improve your time.
