Its different from the other ones because you get to pick, for the most part, which service you want to go to when you graduate. But most go into the marines. And they also spend a year at sea over the course of four years.

It never ceases to amaze me how the Navy can only feel good about itself when bashing their brothers in arms from other branches.

Where the Air Force spirit video has innovative choreography, great dancing, originality, and clever humor, this video just has great dancing. Nothing outstanding about it. In addition, its only humor comes from negatively portraying members of other branches - very base humor indeed.

Well done on the video that started and defined it all, Air Force Academy!

@lindzsteve098 I was in Naval ROTC for half a year before I switched to the Air Force. While there were were many reasons for the switch, a big one was the appalling lack of respect shown by Midshipmen towards Army & Air Force Cadets.

Check out the comments left by a user called Walker5987 on the AF Academy's Spirit video. His words pretty much sum up the opinions held by Naval ROTC Midshipmen, Officers, and NCOs.

Now, it may be different at other NROTC detachments, but not so with ISU NROTC.

@GH05TNAPPA Watch spirit spots from all academies and you ll see everything from cadets shooting midshipmen to midshipmen kicking cadets off cliffs. its all in good fun. just because u did 6 months in an ROTC unit doesn't mean u know the viewpoint of all midshipman, officers and NCOs. And that user is clearly an enlisted Marine, not even comparable to this situation of inter-service rivalry.

It was just the Air Force making a great Spirit video. While the makers of the Tik Tok video went on to make the Cooler Than Me video, they only did so because the Navy escalated it to this point. If Navy had just minded their own business, everything would have been fine.

This video would not have lost anything by removing the AF and Army bashing. In fact, it would have been much better if it had done so.

Listen, I don't want to feel like anyone's mother, but just chill. 1.) Once you grow up and graduate you will realize how stupid some of the stuff you did was, and despite popular belief once you officially become part of the military i.e when you graduate, different branches of the military work together and if you don't have respect for other branches you don't deserve to wear the uniform of the military branch you represent. 2.)
