Although the idea of honoring police with a parade is wonderful - having such an event in Newport, RI is a disgrace to all America & honest cops everywhere.
Newport Police have common criminals hiding behind their badges - and the city's administration accepts this, rather than stepping up to the plate & doing something about it.
