why would people who buy a game which is set in medieval ages want to play a mod that is set during WWII when they could just play CoD or other FPS...

What's the point of making such a mod when you have plenty of WWII games already ? It seems like a waste of modders time if you ask me.

Lol the mg34 was 1936-1939 then mg42 did come to the army.

Tiger was first order 1942.

@88Tomm88 You just had showed yours ignorance. Could you explain me why Wehrmacht in 45 still used k98k, mp40 and other things like that when they had alredy STG44 and G43? I'll tell you why, real life isnt a game and producing another gun cost! And replacing some old type, or captured weapons is good idea but destroing thease guns later is just stiupid. It is better to have two MG squads (one with MG42 and another with MG38) than one MG42.

@88Tomm88 And by the way yours dates are invalid. MG34 was developed in 1934 and MG42 in 1942. MG34 was still used in defence of Festung Breslau (the last surrendered german city in Europe, capitulated 3 days after fall of Berlin), and they had some Tigers theare as well (as i remember 3).

@88Tomm88 just because they're were new weapons on the battlefield not everyone can have them. take the US army and USMC for example. the USMC DOESNT get M4s cuse the armys priority, the USMC have the armys old M16s, the USMC get all the handy down stuff that the army has used up. point of the story, not everyone can get the goods.

And i have a picture of my grandfather in the canadian army in holland in 1945 and him and his guys are resting next to a captured enemy dugout and what do we see?? an mg34 and what year is it? 1945

quit pestering him damn! he is currently still working on it as fast as a person without money can work on a mod without any sort of payment coming from it there is a mod in polish if u can deal with the polish writing but its probably loaded with errors and such and it probably isnt pollished

@Shikunisai No, MG are remodeled... buildings. And it is old movie, now other guns (like MP40) are held more narural.

that smoke'd do good for a smoke bomb. I don't think fire arms require much smoke anyway

Looks brilliant, but yes, try and lessen the smoke particle effect, as it causes quite a bit of lag on worse PCs. FB has some pretty incredible features, I think this mod will be something quite unique.
