You clicked on a video that said "Roman Chair Situps" and you watched a video of two dudes blowing each other . . . no, wait . . . you clicked on situps and saw SITUPS. Just don't click on any football vids - those quarterbacks love cuppin' nuts. Which, in my limited solo experience, can feel quite nice. Get your super censor-friends and go crazy on the football vids. That stuff is way gayer and way funner on the scale of gay experimentation.

    how many times a week should i doo some ab exercises, how many and what types of exercises shoud i doo? would be nice too know from a guy like you. thakns.

  • you can train your abs every day if you like. they recover fast.doasmuch as you want, try many different exercises and find out what's best for you. take care of your back when doing situp-like exercises - don't overstretch

  • i think u shud know that only 5% of gaining great abs are to do with ab exercises the rest is down to cardio and how much fat you have on your body so working out your abs once a week hard and doing cardio around 5 times a week will get u amazing abs

  • good point, diet and cardio are very important (except you already don't have much bodyfat)

  • that usually happens when you have a wrong position on the roman chair, try to move a bit more forward

  • beim nac waren es immer körpergröße in cm minus 100, neuerdings kann man glaub ich auch 2 kg drüber wiegen und darf mitmachen. wie es bei den anderen verbänden ist weiß ich nicht.
