@parkourjames99 Be aware of where ur at and just keep looking forward for diffrent routes. Know ur own limits and makes sure everything is amost second nature. u think it, you do it. nothing else. I however found that im at my best when being chased. the motivation that you CANT stop or yield, for me, helps a lot. I'll take jumps that i know i can make but im to afraid and would never do them on my own.

@parkourjames99 That's actually a common error with a lot of people. It's in your subconscious part of your brain that makes you freak out because something's tailing you. Just have a friend run after you while you practice small leaps and vaults and etc.
