What most people have not looked at is the possibility that the killing of the police officer PC McPhail was also carried out by the state. They had their reason why they wanted him eliminated. Then hired a person to do the job, a man; who after acting on behalf of the state went into the police station with is attorney to name a substitue for the killing. That would put Troy Davis to death for a crime he did not committ. This Spencer Lawton is part of the team appointed for state coverup.

He had 20 years to prove his innocence. If that isn't long enough, I don't know what is. Black and White judges upheld his conviction. Mark MacPhail is the real victim.Troy Davis is a killer with a conscious. Tell yourself you are innocent long enough and you will start to believe it. Troys mind might think that way but his heart knows the truth. He seemed at peace when he died because he knew it was rightfully so.

@ladiluscs301 We can get into reasons all we want. Let's over look the fact that Troy plead guilty to shooting another man the same day with the same gun Mark was shoot with. Casings prove it. Out of 34 witness,7 who were not even used during trail recanted. None of them said it was or wasnt him. All of the courts and judges that upheld his conviction. I believe when a whole spectrum of judges uphold the ruling, clearly they see something the ignorant minds such as yourself refuse to see.

At the end of the day, he did not prove that to any judge that saw his case and I'm glad that this judge did not cave to the media washed minds of those who claim his is innocent but don't know that there were not 9 witnesses but 34. They also don't know he had a criminal record, fleed to ATL after the shooting and even was charged with the shooting of another man on the same day.

The 7 you speak of made claims that didn't prove Troy guilty or innocent. None of them were used during the trail. Neither side cross examined them. All but one who still did not clear his innocence and still placed him at the crime. Do a quick Google search to make it look like you know anything.

Of those that recanted, 7 who did not claim his guilty nor innocent. he plead guilty to another shooting that same day with a gun that also killed Mark. Ballistic evidence proves that right. Troy also fled to ATL and had blood stained shorts that were never tested. Why flee if innocent? Stop believing every media story and look up facts for yourself.
