Lithuania is a lovely country to visit during the summer, and it's probably a nice place to live year round. Palanga's beaches, in my opinion, are some of the best along the baltic sea coast, and the Lithuanian highways offer fantastic, trouble-free drives. I miss that region of Europe very much.
