I am trying to change to a better diet - cutting out milk and bread but I have come down with Candida!! I understand it likes Alkaline conditions so should I go back to a acid diet?

I would always tell people that if your blood becomes acidic, that you die! ouch. and that that is why you want to be alkaline...to keep your body balanced...and alive...!

But I gotta say your explanation sounds a lot more appealing, that greater alkalinity means more oxygen in your blood which means more energy for your life!

So, um, I'm gonna start to borrow your way of explaining it, if you don't mind! ;-)
