  • @DjButtox Whats thats suppose to mean

  • Вот идиоты , а перевалить через бок додуматься не могли ? обошлись бы одним тягочём

  • L2spell, it is Canadian*...asshole. Lol.

  • use a baloon instead

  • well is this who people show that they are loyal to there country they acquire census about othere countrys form a 1:40 minute video and this makes any thing they say the fact or that another country people is inferior we all bleed red when we belive that others are inferior then there is cause for hate and is a waste of human potential

  • why the fuck is everyone talkin shit about Canada, I am a proud American and i would love to retire in Canada. your not from there so why the fuck do you care??? Its a training exersize, read the top comments. I hope they flip the truck on you, douchbags!!!!!!!!!

  • why dont tey flip it sideways.... duh

  • @chocolateRyan12

take a long hard guess, then read the top comments before you post

  • This is actually a old deuce and a half which was replaced by the MLVW around 1983 or so. I was qualified to drive both. If you look at the rear wheels you'll see it has been cut around and on the MLVW it is straight front to back, also the lower part of the door is rounded. It was square on the MLVW. Both trucks were great, at least you didn't have to worry about it not starting in the winter. One thing I noticed in the video was that they let it fall instead of controlling it's fall.

  • nice spelling

  • @gregboyds fuck you, you don't know shit about us and you just like to stereotype people...guess what??!?!?!? YOU DON'T GET TO RIDE A FUCKIN MOOSE! Do you?

  • Gregbovd- fuck u ya stupid fuck fuck off may all american dip shits like u burn in hell ur such a dumb ass u dont no shit about canadas army

  • The are Stupider

  • wow

  • I admit... I thought the video was of how to flip it... the first time.

  • Haha the suspension still works!! 1:33

  • Why do french canadians stink so bad ?

  • This is a video of an HLVW flipping an older military truck. Look at the tires and rims, the placement of the cab doors.

Sometimes this is the only way to do it, so practice it. Also, I imagine frame twisting is a lot less this way.

  • @mr1000rx what if an army vehical flipped next to a cliff and there wasnt room to flip it horizontzally without making it go off the edge or the troops off the edge trying to flip it? xD

  • Comment removed

  • why flip it long ways. roll it and its easier.

  • how did yall manage that?!

  • why would you do that? flip it over on its side. exercise or not.

  • @jdwebbbear it makes a much bigger boom this way though... and they're french..

  • wow this is the worst way u could have possibly flipped that over fucking french!

  • There is the best way to do it! And the Fun way to do it :) I love thos ML too bad they are out :/

  • 1:31 Look ma...I can do a wheelie!

  • Im not sure officer, I heard Bubba-J say hey ya'll watchis and before I could turn around I heard a loud crash.

  • taking the long way around? lol

  • Meanwhile in Canada...

  • they are dumb thats all i have to say

  • That was really stupid.... teaching your operators to work together? Seriously? Huge waste of time, Military or not

  • @Boydster111 when you have a job that's too big for just one wrecker then you need to use two wreckers. That requires both wrecker operators to be in sync with each other or very heavy loads could easily break cables and potentially (and easily) kill either the operators or anyone within reach of the broken cable. You obviously know absolutely nothing about heavy recovery!

  • IT IS AN EXERCISE TO TRAIN BOTH OPERATORS TO WORK TOGETHER. IF THEY DONT SUCCESS THE TRUCK WILL FALL SIDEWAYS.

  • Quick! Attack while all 3 of their vehicles are being used!!

  • @kawasaki228 fuck you, vive les francais canadien pi encore plus les quebecois :)

  • Fucking french canadians

  • Полная ерунда... смысл таким способом переворачивать этот металлалом???

  • pathetic really,,

  • this is training people, they will learn how to pull, pry, drag, roll everything in the inventory up to that cable specs. over and over and over again, if youve heard of a military.. they do it too. and have been doing it the same way since winches were first used. in a highly detailed technical manual. this teaches our men in uniform how to work thier equipment.. and this shows how they train in tandem.. "3/4 ton truck,"? pulling the canadian equiv of our 5tons end over end? phftft

  • @carpetmonk Not pulling you retard, rolling. Yes a 3/4 ton truck could ROLL that thing right side up. These chowderheads decided to flip it end over end. Waste of time, energy, and equipment. Canada is Americas top hat

  • @mooseoftoose you should be happy your military plans and trains for any and all possibilities. i suppose your not a serviceman, or contract with military equipment? if a officers men dont have any work, they will make some for them..and will train and test them not only in easy methods, but in insanely difficult ones as well.. confidence in knowing they can accomplish the mission at hand, any possible eventuality. what line of work do you live off of?

  • @carpetmonk I do see where youre coming from. At first glance I just assumed they were instructed to flip the truck back over, and this was what they came up with. Im not exactly in work right now, Im attending an academy training to be an officer in the merchant marines. The same principles do apply in my situation. I have extensive assessments and training for situations that are not very likely to occur. For example being proficient in commanding an oar boat, when modern life boats are power.

  • @mooseoftoose thats an excellent line of work and killer pay, i was hired as a tracked vehicle mechanic through a transportation battalion at a port, but essentially wha tyou are is a longshoremen, except i worked only on HEMTT wreckers and fuelers, HMMWV's, 5tons and m88 hercules to pull damaged tanks off the ships. with your TWIC card, and that training you can work anywhere in the states. unlike loosing government contracts and being SOL, now im trying welding, maybe theres more work there

  • @mooseoftoose you have to know how to get it back on its wheels in any situation, you are not always going to be able to roll it to get it over. It's amazing that people come on here and criticize with out thinking, so I guess if you 'yanks' rolled into a ditch you would be standing around all day trying to figure how to roll it over with your 3/4 tonne. I guess maybe we should put it upside down in a ditch, so you can say "Oooh so that's why they did it" ...dumbshit.

  • I wonder if it occured to anyone here that maybe they were training for that particular eventuality in the field? I mean, you can't always get into position to flip something from the side. If you do have to flip it along it's length, it's best to know how to do it relatively safely. Or does the concept of 'training' illude you people?

  • well, that's definitely the way for flipping a truck if in the meantime you also want to finish it off. Come on, do they actually do a triaining for something this stupid? If you want to really recover it, you flip it sideways, the energy necessary to have it turned is far more less than the one required to do this no-sense.

Now I understand South Park the movie...

  • This is not a Bombardier MLVW but a GMC M135.

  • spelt canadian wrong just sayin

  • wow how the f did he tip it?

  • @MrSambo76 It's a decomissioned/ obsolete truck, used for training Vehicle Technicians.

  • Como chorrada esta bien, pero como entrenamiento no puede ser peor, anda que no tienen formas de hacerlo si complicaras tanto la vida.

  • They roll them back over from the side. This was just playing. Hey, everyone needs to have fun sometimes!!!

  • thet are just making fun and killing some time i guess..

do you think they are really so stupid and they don't know it can be rolled over sideways smartasses ???

  • Comment removed

  • I just winced when I watched the cables slack.

  • or since you have 2 recovery.. have 1 on the other side to make it not just drop

  • I know it was already said but yeah roll it sideways lol.

  • aside need to train for narrow recoverys, this truck will still have good axels, unless another sideways roll ruins those also... quote frrom an old guy

  • not every recovery can be a simple side roll.

  • ok private, we will run this exorcise again, you get in and keep the wheels straight!

  • This looks like a test exercise. Maybe they had to recover it this way to test their skills in using two recovery vehicles. It could also have been a test to see if it can be done should this happen in the field and this is the only angle at which it could be recovered. The safer option would have been from the side and then you would only have needed one recovery vehicle

  • @CasKru123 10 points for you man !! Good answer !

  • @ioug1 Just trying to think outside the box. You know what they say... assumption is the mother off...... Thanks for the compliment

  • bass you spelt canadian wrong

  • Who knows why they did it this way...I know as a 63B (Wheel Vehicle Mechanic) and recovery, this is ridiculous...Not the way we did recovery..this is nothing but trouble. And lets say someone was inside and they couldn't flip it from the side...the front end of the truck should be lifted just enough to retrieve the person inside...dumb video...No wonder the Canadian military is a joke...and non existent to the rest of the world...

  • @blizzardx23x

The CF are non-existant to the rest of the world if you're an American. Truth be told the Canadians have one of the best trained militaries in the world. Notice how they don't shoot friendlies like Americans? Btw what makes you such a professional? You can only speculate on WHY they flipped it this way; the scenario may have demanded it. But hey I guess thats just like you Americans, shoot first ask questions later. Oo-rah

  • @JD98SharpShooter What makes me a "professional"?

I've already explained in my comment below. I did these recovery exercises as a mechanic, as well as for recreational fun at 4x4 parks here in California.

Your stating the Canadians have one of the best trained military in the world? lol..I wont even reply..I think your just baiting us ;)

you obviously dont know the risks of recovery or off-roading..so dont comment on stuff you have no clue about..

Tires can blow, suspension can break..etc...

  • @JD98SharpShooter HOORA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hello from the US ARMY!

  • Tabernac, they just be have fun, eh!

  • We had to destroy the vehicle in order to recover the vehicle!

  • RETARDS!!!

  • stupid fuckin canadians!!!

  • @braposo23 If you weren't such an inbred dumbass you'd realize they're speaking FRENCH, which makes them FRENCH-Canadians. French-Canadians are like Cajuns...they gotta do things their own way.

  • @sapper740 no, european french wouldnt do things as stupidly as canadians do!!!!

  • i just dont understand why you would want to try to flip it over end over end and not flip it side to side. well we all can see who doesnt have the brains.

  • Comment removed

  • Ok but you shouldn't train people to do things the wrong way. Did they teach you how to drive down the highway in reverse in your drivers training classes? no because its the wrong way...

    @itchyomalley

  • just leave i there its a peice of shit

  • how the fuck do you flip that

  • Its brit army which means its brit metal.

  • @hoboman8 hows it brit? its french canadians in canada...

  • Should have done it from the side and with ropes on both sides to stabilise so it doesnt fall so quickly.... Thats my guess

  • ONE WORD): FRENCH( :

  • @OBSysteme, My dad worked for a saw company out of Quebec, He was the sales man for the west coast of the united states. When the economy went down they decided to shut down sales to the west coast, He was half way into a trip (about 200 miles) when they called him and laid him off. Just recently they tried to get back into west coast sales and no mill will buy from them because of what they did to my dad and the other two salesman. I know there are good people there I just have my reasons.

  • @OBSysteme, Glad to hear it, thanks for the input, although I don't care much. I am speaking of the particular Canadians that wish to be part of France and have extreme liberal ways, those are the ones that western Canadians I know really dislike.

  • People fail to understand that this is a training manouver betwen two crane trucks ... or do you think that crap is ever to be saved ? WTF ?

  • look at the obsticals that have been set up douche bags

  • stupid foreigners... why not roll it sideways?

  • @motokyle1988 What foreigners?

  • @motokyle1988

lol, it's against the law to roll sideways in canadeee

  • @motokyle1988 cuz its not nearly as badass or awesome

  • @motokyle1988 it's essayer for them to fuck it up this Way :D

  • @motokyle1988 Foreigners ?

  • @motokyle1988 What if you couldn't get to the side in an actual emergency? Sure you could here. But well. thats why they call this "training"

Besides. that looks like way more fun.

  • @motokyle1988 cause the back in a hole

  • @motokyle1988

    I guess they're French (Canadian)

  • @motokyle1988 Stupid ass hole Canadians arn't "FOREIGNERS"

  • @motokyle1988 Not foreign just French (NOT from France but from Quebec)

  • @motokyle1988 Did any of you people who gave this guy the thumbs up look at the truck? Did you notice where the fuel tanks are located? The suspension is built to take that, the fuel tanks are not built to have the full weight of the truck on them. Stupid foreigners? Judging by your ignorant arrogance can I assume you are one of our dimwitted neighbors to the south? (The average tested IQ is 10-15 points higher here in Canada, just though I would add that (;

  • @MrJaredandnicole dumbass you can flip from either side, I am a military wrecker operater, Its stupid to do it that way, way to dangerious.

  • @rodneydb1978 If in the field there were boulders or trees on either side but none in front, this method would be necessary. Think outside the box "smart"ass.

  • @MrJaredandnicole but there isnt any and safety first dumb ass

  • @rodneydb1978 they do it in a field like this so that they can see everything and learn how this is done properly, you can't train with all kinds of shit in the way.. and you are calling him the dumb ass?

  • @angusandleigh he is the dumb ass, drag it out with the winch to a safe zone. protect your equipment and personal

  • @MrJaredandnicole or even more likely town operation between buildings etc. everyone here talks before thinking, if a truck was hit hard enough that it needs to be repositioned, im sure it didnt cross thier mind that there is a crater involved, and ive seen the heavy 'buffalo' MRAPs bent in the shape of a V.. the complexities pulling in some environments elude thier comprehension. im proud of our neighbors from the north, and happy your military has the sensibility to prepare for the unforseen.

  • @rodneydb1978 It's not dangerous if the equipment is proper, procedure isn't rushed, and personnel are out of harms way. Anything can be dangerous, it's learning the proper method and execution that minimized the danger element involved, hence training in an open field such as this.

  • @MrJaredandnicole The average Canadian IQ is 97, average American is 98....sorry.

  • @motokyle1988 i agree totally...

  • @motokyle1988 I believe you're the foreigner in this situation, I know it's hard to comprehend but one day you will understand. Probably not but ANYWAYS...If you know so much about this why don't you go show them how it's done? Huh? Mr. truckrecoveryignorantgenius? You're pathetic.

  • @deadeyeselh I'd do it with my tractor if you pay for my trip!

  • @motokyle1988 because that was not the point of the exercice u dumb fuck, u really think these guyz never thought of it ? ur actually dumber then u think they are

  • @motokyle1988 i think this is training for when they have no other choice, like between big rocks or the side of a mountain?

  • @motokyle1988

    It's the Canadian way.

What's the comments on foreigners for? This was in Ontario, Canada.

  • @FadingDesire its because their french lol but either way thats not the point. the reason they do that is for training when out in the field where time is of the essence you would do it what ever way is quicker I'm currently in borden on my QL3

  • @motokyle1988 LOL @ Americans for never knowing how to read a description and always talking out their asses.

  • @Towndrunk26er Were not all dumb rednecks here in the USA, there are some of us with a few brain cells left who still use the old noise hole to speak with.LOL !

  • @Busa0069 I know that. I guess I should have stated more clearly and put 'some' in front to single out the dim twits. Sorry to have offended.

  • well done

  • @scootkid567 hahaha thats funny

  • wow

  • I would have flipped it the other way. Safer, less likely to explode the front wheels, does less damage, isn't likely to rip the cables out of the wrecker and only needs one wrecker. Or hell a guy with a 3/4 ton 4wd pickup.

  • @TestECull dude its a training exercise, Im sure they flipped it many ways b4 this one here!!! its just a how to on a TWO wrecker situation, like say if the rig was in a spot where they could NOT get to it any other way!! So now they know how to pull it straight up with out it falling on its side, NOT an easy task with two winches the long way like that!...also I would say it took that landing pretty damn well hahaha!!

  • @TestECull, they are french canadians...what do you expect....waste of a truck..

  • @NathansBackwoods Them to surrender.

The french side of things always overrules the canadian side.

  • @TestECull, I dont have a problem with Canadians, i have a good friend from canada, its just the french ones that put a bad name to all of them...i asked my canadian friend what he thinks of french canadians, he hates them...lol

  • @TestECull and obvioulsy they never though about it ... wow your the moron thinking these guys are morons

  • @TestECull they are practicing for a narrow recovery, you can't roll it over sideways in every situation

  • @TestECull Go ahead and try to flip the thing over from the side when the field to each side of the road is rife with land mines. The road isn't (not anymore anyway) but over there and over there, random acts of kaboom. Better to practice for such eventuality, no?

  • @KMaynesPaint You are of course right. But I have a better idea. Why not run some youtube commenters trough the field. They will at least be able to deactivate one mine each. than you can roll it sideways. :)

Bonus: You would not have to risk the lives of valuable soldiers. And some of the commenters would be good for something at least once in their lives.

  • @scootkid567 Um it's french you dumb schmoo as you might not know it's Canada's second language So piss off

  • @spozoo haha, WOW angry much BUD?? sry just kiding, dont flip out on me you crazy Canuck LMAO

  • @scootkid567 I see it now.I think from some of his other videos that he could be french, and that is how the Quebecers spell it.

  • @scootkid567 Where do you see it spelled wrong?

  • well........i think its safe to say thats got a very tuff suspension

  • I would have flipped it by the long side.

  • @iiihaaa well they obviously already did that. now its this way's turn.

  • @TheHITLERFAN and it's not that hard to capsize a truck, it rolled in a ditch... Americans total their humvees all the time

  • @TheHITLERFAN Wow, you are truly an idiot, German, jealous of the Jews dicks, fagot.. First off, when you're calling someone stupid, you better check your grammar... 2nd, yes, and how did WWI and WWII end up? Who won? Who's kicking the talibans ass? Fredericton is a 95% English town you dumb shit, you are truly an idiot, I can't even express it. Tell me a location, I'll be there to kick your stupid ass. PS. Frogs have been proven healthier then dick to eat, maybe you should stop sucking it.

  • @TheHITLERFAN bet you wouldn't have the balls to say that in front of one. Come meet me Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Come here and see what happens.

  • Good Day,

It is a scrapper, sans engine,..for practice purpose...for experience. I'm sure in real world truck would be turned over sideways..

It does show how durable military truck springs/wheel are.

Try THAT with your "shiny aluminum wheels and Korean tires,& tiny coil springs,eh!!

  • just like everyone else … I'm curious why is it not preferable to flip it sideways … what is the reason? damage to the wheels? fuel tanks?

  • THose trucks are alsome, but very rare, they made 410,000 of those and there's like not even 10,000 left. I wich i could get one :-)

  • @jstem4

    They are???

Just got one given to me

    Google m35

  • 1:30 TIMMMMMMMBBBBEEERRRRRRRRR.

  • how the fuck did it roll over?

  • why not flip it over sideways?

  • better to role it over

  • Now, get the cables untangled from the wheels that just fell on them.

  • ever think about flippin it over from the side? brains? brains? can I have some brains please?

  • Thats no MLVW at all, its a GMC M135.

  • @KennethElvelund Thart was my thought exactly, one of the old US made GMC Deuce And a halfs, but the bed is different, the M35A2s don't have that particular cut on them.

  • what was wrog with rolling it over on its side???,,,,im just asking a question,,,,thats all

  • @MegaCamshaft it wouldnt be as fun lol

  • @benhayes123 right

  • heres my two cents... this is a canadian MLVW which stands for Medium Logistic Vehicle Wheeled. I have worked with these quite a bit while in the canadian service. This is a Vehicle Recovery Course. As for why its trashed.... again, this is a Vehicle Recovery course, so they would use a rolling chassis instead of a perfectly good one.... makes more sense doesnt it?? as for why they are flipping it that way, I have no idea.

  • I would've done it differently but the job got done and that's whats important.

  • @dourabbawinner. but if your were the one who had to PMCS the drive train, you would not be a Happy Canady
