To avoid your necklaces, rings, and earrings from going 'yucky' coat them with clear nail polish. I buy the 'out the door" clear nail polish, which is like 4 or 5 bucks per bottle and it works wonders! my jewelry never turns colors.

i wear contacts and ive only been wearing them for like 2 years but if you have them in backwards they can be really irritating or if someting is in them try taking them out and cleaning them REAL good and then putting them back in!!

soft contacts should bother your eyes that much....even if it's your first time. You might be sensitive to the material of the lens.....just be careful. I worked for an eye doctor for years and have worn contacts for 20 years
