I ask everyone to try yawning for every inhale and make your exhales the aum when meditating. It is easy to trigger real yawning by a few fake yawns first. Once you get into the yawn-aum alternation, focusing on maximizing the vibration from each syllable, particularly the humming with m, it is no effort at all to keep every inhale a yawn and every exhale an aum. It makes sense if you think about the sound we already make when we exhale a yawn. Look up yawning's influence on awareness.

@nevernextdoor1 Here is a lesson for you my friend, Everything in life is made up of energy, both negative and positive and when we are born we are neutral owing to the fact that life has not had any influence on us but then depending on the experiences we go through be they negative (bad parenting etc) or positive (plenty of love in our childhood) we grow up with that energy inside us , good or bad. Now meditation helps to clear this negative energy and we feel born again (positve)

@halfaddict ..........2. We also fing enlightenment when our hearts are released from the burdens of sin, which is why when we atone from sin through his name we can find peace. I never truely understood how guilt affects the heart until i confessed everything with a true heart then it felt amazing. Thank you for the video. I can feel pressure in the third eye area and sometimes it gets almost painful and uncomfortable. It's a vibratory feeling like buzzing. Does the pain signify anything?
@kierbaudy Only that your successfully opening your third eye. However it shouldn't be too painful.. This could mean your having an energy overload and you should slow it down and take your time to open it. Eventually you wont feel pain at all.
When I just think about the spot between my eyes I immediately feel a gentle pressure on it. After focusing on it for about 5 to 30 minutes - I don't try for longer than this, I feel the pressure (it is not painful it kind of feels nice) slowly spread through the centre of my head. It is really intense right in the centre but it also feels really strange, like almost electric, at the top of my skull. After this I kind I can't feel my body but if I try to move I can feel it again and it is over
i´ve been practicing maditation lately , but i think hard to stop the thought, deeply in my mind there are something that i cannot stop....how to stop this?

@demigoduriah They dont push the all seeing eye symbol as a symbol of fear though! they push it as their illuminated or enlightened one or a symbol of great knowledge the same as anyone looking for enlightenment and by showing this it can only be a clear sign of "we know and you can to" and therefore ENCOURAGE its use "to know the truth" and anything they push is for their own agenda not your or mine.

cool video man. I just started to practice meditation, but I've already got some amazing results. It does work people you just have to allow it to. Focusing on your third eye (pineal gland) and letting your body relax are a big part of it.
1st time I did this I felt super serene. 2nd time at Dennys the moment I started doing it I felt a small pulling ache(for lack of better description) in my brain just behind where the 3rd eye is always pointed too. How do you imagine breathing Ohm out your 3rd eye? What is good to imagine? Do you try to feel as though your breathing from there or do you see more than feel or is it a little of both? Anyone?

Third eye to me is like looking through a looking glass. I see mostly green vision, other times very very clear, almost like their is a t.v in my head. ANY outside though can break your state. I see random things at times, other times my eye just cruises around awsome nature scenery.
I'm having trouble keeping my eyes looking at the center of my forehead. Once I close my eyes, it feels as though they're looking straight again, and when I try to look up it feels like I'm straining my eyes. How can this be helped?
Tape a penny to your forehead (using double sided or double folded tape). Being able to feel the penny on your forehead will greatly aid in keeping your eyes trained upon the center of your forehead.
You can also simply extend your index finger (switching hands every time you do the meditation) and touch the center of your forehead with your outstretched finger.
Always visualize your Pineal Gland glowing brighter and brighter. Your Pineal gland IS your Third Eye, where DMT is made.
@Synith It's probably because you wear glasses so your eyes are trained heavily to look through them. Just train your eyes to look into the areas around your glasses, especially above.

@tufanyatta you can expect being able to DL a persons life, then past lifes. Then enter deeper cosmic knowledge. You will then be able to project your intent not only out your hands in strong force to align and heal but across continents and can affect a person who needs your help. Hey, its me again. i've been meditiatingas i've intend (even though its only been 2 out of the 4 days sincei've started). the first day, maybe some progress. the second time something interesting happend; i was lying down, ytuing to feel that numb feeling when full relaxed. shortly afterwards, i did what the internet told me, and invision a place that i wanted to be. when i did, i a vision that i was pulled down into darkness then i felt that there was pressure around me.

You need to Practice and Get The Energy Body and magnetic field percievable. You can be WIDE AWAKE, no need to be near Dream. You will get closer to YOU when you feel those opposing second from source magnetic dynamics. Learning the correct expansion though cyclic work on the chakras is where all are off. @strangerlover11 The benefit is to de calcify. The third eye, our pineal gland, has been calcified by regular poisoning of flouride into our system. Your tap water has it, and so does most bottled water along with the toothpaste you use.

It's funny; I've managed to open all 7, found a lot of neat stuff which makes me sound crazy, but I never had to do all this flowery stuff. No chants, no hand gestures, no names, no bs. Personally, I found it easier to just start from the bottom and work yourself up with the momentum, then reverse the flow of the third-eye (6th Chakra, god i hate those names), then the 7th one opens. Then, it's easier to do bs things. All within about a minute and half. You just need to pay attention.
I could feel something like a breeze against my forehead and literally a projecting out feeling, like a tube being sent out infinitely into the universe. Very cool. Thank you.

I just tried this mantra and it was very strange, it sent me into meditative state instantly right after I chanted them i felt energy coming out of my ear and back and there it happened. @nevernextdoor1 Here is a lesson for you my friend, Everything in life is made up of energy, both negative and positive and when we are born we are neutral owing to the fact that life has not had any influence on us but then depending on the experiences we go through be they negative (bad parenting etc) or positive (plenty of love in our childhood) we grow up with that energy inside us , good or bad. Now meditation helps to clear this negative energy and we feel born again (positve)

When I just think about the spot between my eyes I immediately feel a gentle pressure on it. After focusing on it for about 5 to 30 minutes - I don't try for longer than this, I feel the pressure (it is not painful it kind of feels nice) slowly spread through the centre of my head. It is really intense right in the centre but it also feels really strange, like almost electric, at the top of my skull. After this I kind I can't feel my body but if I try to move I can feel it again and it is over

well the higher self doesnt have a third eye...from my understanding it is part of the mechanism that binds the more subtle energy bodies to the physical body....and to answer your question, when in the astral realms yes there are false entities and one would really have to choose to believe them or not...there are ways to confirm there intentions...and if your vibrations are strong enough and u r in the higher astral planes you usually wouldnt have to worry about false beings anyways

Third eye to me is like looking through a looking glass. I see mostly green vision, other times very very clear, almost like their is a t.v in my head. ANY outside though can break your state. I see random things at times, other times my eye just cruises around awsome nature scenery.

Tape a penny to your forehead (using double sided or double folded tape). Being able to feel the penny on your forehead will greatly aid in keeping your eyes trained upon the center of your forehead.
You can also simply extend your index finger (switching hands every time you do the meditation) and touch the center of your forehead with your outstretched finger.
Always visualize your Pineal Gland glowing brighter and brighter. Your Pineal gland IS your Third Eye, where DMT is made.

everything went numb and mu hearing began to cease. a moment after the feeling, my eyes felt like they were trying to pry themselves open. seconds afterwards, i gave and say the wall in my room (i've check to see if i was really "here"). i felt like i was kicked out of my own mind without even a foot in the door. i spoke to a friend, he gave me options. good options. i tried again (continuosly throughout the day) and i felt tension in my chest and my heart rate increased suddenly. what happend?

You need to Practice and Get The Energy Body and magnetic field percievable. You can be WIDE AWAKE, no need to be near Dream. You will get closer to YOU when you feel those opposing second from source magnetic dynamics. Learning the correct expansion though cyclic work on the chakras is where all are off. Thats why the dentist gives kids flouride rinses untill their eighteen. Through drinking water and brushing your teeth often enough for 18 years, your pineal will calcify..........idiot

It's funny; I've managed to open all 7, found a lot of neat stuff which makes me sound crazy, but I never had to do all this flowery stuff. No chants, no hand gestures, no names, no bs. Personally, I found it easier to just start from the bottom and work yourself up with the momentum, then reverse the flow of the third-eye (6th Chakra, god i hate those names), then the 7th one opens. Then, it's easier to do bs things. All within about a minute and half. You just need to pay attention.

guys, come on. don't bring the bible in to this. its just meditation; not an invitation to cause uproars. but becuase sooner or later, there gonna be the one person who we will never get to slap who will say something like "oh you christans are always trying to control and force your beliefs." i'd never say that; it was an example. (i believe that a christan is a person that at least not judges anyone. for anything) so, if you don't want that person, don't argue. it only makes enemies and upset.

@noiosofo Why should it cause an uproar... didn't Christ meditate? And he also showed us what we can all do with the power of our mind if we focus properly. Still, there are those people who are resistant to meditation because of fear or whatever reason as if there is something sinister about it.

I just tried this mantra and it was very strange, it sent me into meditative state instantly right after I chanted them i felt energy coming out of my ear and back and there it happened. I am still new to meditation and this seems very useful, thanks a lot and i would like some feedback also from people who try it, i feel much more focused now!! thanks everyone peace! does anyone recommend using audio of this mantra while meditating?
