simple fact honda is using chepa materials to build their cars so they dont stak up to rav 4...im not even a toytota owner im just stating the facts.

I also test drove the Honda CRV...but I hated it cause it drove like a truck and was loud inside..I mean you could hear all the road noise. Go witht the Rav 4 instead and "stand out" in the crowd!

@roswellnflorida dude the HONDA is more car-like than the rav 4. The only thing toyota has over Honda is the v6 engine. Honda has a higher quality interior and a better ride.

who cares which is faster. the phrase, "beats it by a mile" is figurative. it means the Honda CR-V is better. The reviews, both video and magazine, and even internet all say that the Honda CR-V is the industry leader and the benchmark for the compact SUV class.

lol, no, they do not all agree. I'm guessing you've only read one or two reviews or something? I've read probably 20 overall reviews of the compact SUV class and while both are at the top, there's no clear winner, for every article you read that has the CRV at top there's another that has the RAV4 at the top. I just noticed your screenname to, so nevermind, I understand now

lol, no, I am fair when it comes to Honda and Toyota. They're both the best car companies anyone can buy from, hands down. And their both great SUVs. I was just stating my opinion when I said the CR-V wins hands down, thats all! But, for the record, Honda was rated the BEST car company in America.

I disagree strongly. The Honda IS comparable in nearly every way, except for interior noise and...power.

The Toyota V-6 is a real beast, and there's nothing in its class that can even hope to match it. Nice mileage too, with the big V-6.

Though the Honda is a fine vehicle, (I also considered one until I drove the RAV) it simply cannot touch this new RAV4....sorry.

Furthermore, the RAV4 is made entirely in Japan. A Feather in the cap, IMHO.
