Graffiti does not have to be with only cans. I have seen several pieces where writers have used a combination of brushes and cans.

Technically this is not graffiti since it's not on a public wall, but it does have graffiti style in the form of a character.

This would be sick to see on an actual wall tho.

@dairoxmez graffitti doesnt mean cans, its more the manner and style that makes it graffiti, the wall of your room with a heart painted next to it, is whats making it not graffiti ish, also gonna agree it looks cool, and as does you ass

@dairoxmez you can do it with cans in this size too. Dont know if you do graffiti or not, and i wont talk about graffiti, but generally, cans are better if you want to make something realistic, because you can use a technique called fading, which enables you to mix colours better and add complexity in the skin for example.

For the size problem, if you work hard with cans you will get very thin lines. There are also many tricks like blocking the cap etc etc etc.

@Jagspear ya iam learning that cutting is where the small lines are coming from.. i havent tried blocking yet.

@dairoxmez if you want to block, buy a dozen of "needle" caps, and press them lightly so that colour remains in the caps tube and stuffs it, if you are lucky, a very small hole will remain for you to make thinner lines. if you manage it it will probably block completly after some use, thats why you need many caps, plus it might also close completly from the beggining. But go ask guys in your local store cause im not an expert. they might probably know a better way :)

@dairoxmez but you can do it also without blocking. extra thin lines can also be achieved with the use of a hard paper.you just make your line thin with the paper. you put the paper in between the wall and the cap and you kind of cut the incoming colour. try it.
