I didn't think I could do this at first. Then tonight I sat down and faced a coat hanging on a doorframe and once I started focusing, it barely started swinging. listen its easy..

first you can start by imagining the energy from your stomach coming into your hands and/or fingers(whichever is easier) and if you are doing it right you will feel warmth and a little chills in your hands/fingers.that is the begining.

and then focus on a spot of the object and try to let the energy fly out your hands/fingers towards the spot of the object you are trying to move.

it took me around 7 months to master it.
