My naga mouse is actually backwards? My settings are the same, but i have to play with number lock on. If i see END and so on afterwards it does not work well. 5 actually doesn't work at that point. Also everyone should note that auto run is num-lock by default. Change it to something else. "/" key works well. Although you disable your ability to walk. Walking is largely no good in mmo's.

Key bindings are definitely the best way to get good at mmos. I don't know where I would be without my Naga the extra buttons are hard to get used to but they are worth the learning curve once you get used to them.
