i always noticed that she uses interesting words that i've never heard of in her songs. I use to wonder what they meant and look them up and came to find out they were slang from like the 20s or something. Really interesting because you are learning the meaning behind these songs and these interesting words you had no idea existed. It's like going on a treasure hunt! It's awesome to find out why she does it because I kinda had a feeling she chose the words first.
