I love how he says to let the chicks "crack on" because they were born there when most people would freak out, cover the strawberries and try to get rid of the birds. I just love him.

I've got half a mind to start a religion in Jamie's name and start dabbing olive oil on peoples' foreheads as a sort of baptism.

He is amazing, he really is. I love the way he cooks, and the way he philosophize about food, but most of all I love the way he respects every ingredient he uses, be it a vegetable or meat.
