  • zK. Hello your comments have been a great help to me and I have changed my diet and workouts to resemble yours. Here is the rub I am still stuck in set, reps etc. Do you do your workouts ie. Play by time reps how do you do your play? Thanks for all your help and advice. Bob

  • @bobmiller49 Hi Bob, Basically we do what feels right in the moment. We listen carefully to our body signals. We might do 5 reps or 25. We seldom do more than 1 set of any movement. This allows us to always stay fresh, interested, and aware. With this constant "somatic listening" we fine tune each day's Playout to our exact needs. And thus every single day is a delight, satisfying & meaningfully challenging. Hope this helps you. ZK

  • @eabt01 I have to tell you that it is always fun with Buff and Tara. Having the right partners for primal play is a huge advantage. Starting our day with movement sets us up for a great day, every day. ZK
