Excellent rendition. The melody of the verse is a little different than what's written in early minstrel banjo tutors. 'Course, that's very common- the melody transmogrifying as it crosses the time-space continuim.

You are freaking great. I play clawhammer banjo, but I'm teaching myself to play old-time fiddle as well. And I'm teaching myself holding the fiddle just like you.
