To fix the white screen in the emulators go to Options>Emulator>Save Type>Flash 128 K

@nomargoku I did before, I just accidently did a step wrong, its working thanks! The game however is been underwhelming as i cant get past the man blocking the mine. It seems as if there is nowhere else to go or do anything. I would recommend trying out pokemon Sienna, i just started playing it and the game is very enjoyable.

This is a legitimate pokemon ruby 1.0. Use the patch on this, and follow Dante's instructions. This 100% worked for me after 20 minutes of searching.
