By that logic, Obama is free to turn his back on our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan since he wasn't part of the administration that decided to invade and occupy these countries.

I'm not sure which is worse - Gaspar's unwillingness to do her homework on local issues 7 or 8 months after coming into office, or the huge insult she hurls at us by imagining we can't see through such transparent "explanations".
