@PamelaInMi Hi...I had the same troubles with my machine and doing detailed cuts. Try resetting. If you google search how to reset your Cricut you'll find instructions. If that doesn't work try contacting customer service. I had to get a new blade housing for mine when that happened to me.
This looks like an interesting cartridge, but it looks really time consuming to create those rosettes! It's too bad the cricut doesn't score it all for you.TFS
I had to have this cart too! I played around with it yesterday and being the lazy crafter I am, I welded the sections together with good results. FYI: When it's welded you won't get the score cuts though. That's not a problem for me. I also wanted to make some smaller rosettes for tags I wanted the cutouts larger so I made the rosette larger and then trimed them down with my paper cutter. Love this cart!
@jtterpst Thanks for the tip. I'm going to try welding..I don't mind not having the score lines only because you won't see the split edges :) Thanks for sharing this tip :) Hugs, C
@cargren There is a trick to Tim's rosette perforations. On the side that will not show you can put a piece of scotch tape on that side and then you can fold it without the perforations breaking at all. I used to have the same frustration and after I took the Summer online Card Class with Jennifer McGuire where she taught us that tip I have been happily making rosettes that do not come apart. HTH!! :)
i overlap mine so i don't get that gap on the edge were the tabs to join them are makes for a neater finish big love Marc

I watched your video and this was a MUST have for me,
I have had issues beyond belief.... It didn't cut the details as well as I hopes.
New Mat (check) new blade (check) check dials (check) used different paper (check)
Any suggestions as to what to do when you have tried all of the above?
Thanks!!!

I've saw this at my ACMoore last week - thanks for showcasing!!! I think I will add this to my ever growing wish list!!
Also - for the Tim Holtz die - it works best if you use a crease pad with the die - it doesn't split the paper.
thanks

Love it have the Tim holtz and it gets frustrating because the perforations break if you handle too much. Thanks for sharing.
