im curious.. is this anglican or pentecostal? its surprising to know that pentecostal are using the Anglican/Episcopal/Catholic tradition.. bravo.. and praise God!

He's infusing them with the weight of the office that they are preparing to serve in. Apparently, the office of a Bishop is not one to be taken lightly; this office comes with great sacrifice and responsibilty. Thats why it is important to consider, not just this office, but any office that has to do with service in the Church! You have to count up the cost when it comes to serving JESUS!
