The full speech does exist elsewhere on YT (I just watched it a few minutes ago) but parts of it unfortunately appear to be out of order and the video (old as it is) desperately needs to be remastered.

@siulungkevin ok with a little detective work I managed to find out the location where he gave the speech: Siemens Factory/Montagenhalle (Berlin); date: 10 Nov 1933. The full speech does exist elsewhere on YT (I just watched it a few minutes ago) but parts of it unfortunately appear to be out of order and the video (old as it is) desperately needs to be remastered.
