I am attending a CAR Instructor certification course in March '12. I really like the system as it overcomes a lot of obstacles. Heck I have even trained my wife & daughter in CAR & they find it an easier system that just doing a stance. Keep up the good work.
I attended CAR Level 1 training here in southern California. I've used the Weaver and modified-isosceles stances for the last 30+ years and found CAR to be the best, most accurate tactical fighting stance yet. I'm dropping my modified-isosceles stance and using the CAR system from now on. I compete in IDPA matches, current NRA instructor, and former military instructor and I learned a lot. This system is not a fad. It's accurate, practical and proven. Go train with the CAR system.
@ConcealedCourier I too, am goofy-eyed, as my drill sergeant used to say. However, we generally discourage folks from doing this without instruction for safety reasons. But we know you are going to do it anyway, so please be real careful, especially with trigger and muzzle control. Note also, that some ranges may not be open to you doing this at their facilities.

WOW, this looks VERY promising! I am cross dominant, with right hand and left eye dominance. I am going to give this a try at the range.
