just a point to show how out of touch McCain is with the average person. Most people don't need a member of staff to answer that question. the number of house you one is not clerical or mundane, it about being in touch with the average person. if a person owns so many houses they are unsure of the number, i call that greed and irresponsibilty.
Fox news always use these tactics... it's called tough journalism. Why are you always bitching and moaning, "dawg". McCain doesn't deserve to be president if he can't answer a couple of questions.
I agree with this, but to be fair, when Fox does similar things to Democrats, we call it "tough journalism". It is tough journalism, on both sides, but media bias on both sides doesn't make me sympathetic to one candidates set of communication challenges or another.
I don't care about those stupid polls the only pools i care is how is he doing in MICHIGAN--PENN--OHIO--FLA--ETC we don't elect prez by who get's more votes just ask Al Gore.
bad: you're correct about the importance of the swing states. I live in MI and I predict MC will win here (even without Romney).
Our state is again #50 out of 50 in terms of the economy. We lead the nation in unemployment, etc. etc. We have a 2 term Dem governor, 2 aged Dem senators, a Dem legislature, and now...the highly visible travails of the utterly loathsome mayor of Detroit Kwame Kilpatrick (a black Dem).
I say MI/OH/FL go red, PA goes blue, VA/CO too close to call.
CrackrocKid I think by McCain being rich and him giving tax cuts to the rich don't you think there is something wrong with that...his putting himself first ahead of his country...there are 100 million Americans that are struggling in America and he wants to help 1million Americans that can't afford a sports car...and are about to loose their country club memberships...don't you think there is something wrong with that...thats like insider trading. I like some of videos but does one you OD on.
The house question has been brought up several times in the last two weeks by pundits and the like. Rachel Maddow was hammering on this issue on Road to the White House weeks ago. My guess is that this question was inevitable when it became political fodder. McCain's campaign made a huge error in preparation by not briefing McCain in the proper answer to this question. My guess is the Obama campaign was ready and waiting for this to be an issue. They just tweaked the ad to the current gaffe.
Id rather have a president that has 77 homes that he paid for through his own financial success than one with only one home that was purchased with the help of a slumlord. The entire Dim platfform that success is a bad thing would have consequences far reaching in its grasp of hell.
Criticizing someone for being successful makes lazy or jealous people like you. Im not rich but Id much rather vote for somone who has a stake in US financial successs than stake in its failure, like Dems have.
Wait... so let me get this straight... to be a McCain supporter, you need to be a butt fucker, right?

This senile old man is probably going to have a 8th house that's white but it isn't going to reside in washington.

GREAT POINT!
And the more $ a President has going into Office, the less of himself he'll need to sell to stay there (See Bill Clinton:) CRK
