Shreya has sweetness to her voice, but that's about it. She's technically perfect, but her singing is rather mechanical and she always sounds like she's smiling in her songs. She has a honey-coated voice and perfect coaching, but I don't like her much.

Whereas, Sunidhi sings with core, power, emotion and gives her voice nuances and modulations suited to the song. She's the most versatile singer in India right now! She can sing everything from soft and sweet, to loud and spunky. =D <3

shreya ghoshal has got more sweeter voice than sunidhi chauhan but her range is limited. whatever, sunidhi's voice suits item numbers and shreya's voice suits soft songs.if we can't compare asha bhosle and lata mangeshkar, then how can we say is shreya ghoshal better singer or sunidhi chauhan?

i'm not sure that's a fair comparison because in the case of lataji and ashaji, both lataji and ashaji could both sing classical songs with ease. in the case of shreya and sunidhi, while sunidhi chauhan can sing many kinds of songs (as can shreya), sunidhi has not proven herself in the classical arena.

shreya has a voice that goes to the highest possible note evr and also this sweet,soft kinda voice....whereas sunidhi has a versatile voice...she cn sing soft kinda music ( ex: Deko na) nd also hard loud kinda stuff ( bedi jalaile,sole miya and all)....both of them r amazing singers u cnt actually compare them bcz they hv 2 different typs of voices
