Never toy with the power of God! He is not mocked. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom! Never ever undermine that Power of God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit. God is still on the throne and He sees and knows the motives of the heart. This things done by these pastor is evil because they seek to exalt themselves above God. This is a mistake because He is able to lift-up and bring down! His omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence, immutability and infallibility will remain forever.

I am a member of and was an usher for FC Grapevine. I came from a small baptist church. Yes FC is huge. I met Ed my first year, and he is what he seems to be, a caring, godly man. I know Ed is a busy man, and you are not going to get personal face to face time with him, by virtue of the congregation size. A church should grow, and as it does, it gets less personal. FC is not for everyone. If a one on one with the head pastor is most important to you, I might suggest a 200 member church.

I go to FC Grapevine and yes it is BIG, and yes you don't get to see Ed cuz his life is 10 times busier than a regular person. The church is ran by the volunteers! VOLUNTEERS are the CHURCH! ...You have to realize that the church is not for people who need need need. Its for people that don't know CHRIST yet!! If you're saying a church doesn't meet YOUR standards (NEEDS) then please go start a church just for YOU.

I left Ed Young's church about 8 years ago. (Fellowship church Grapevine TX) BIG, is one word to use for it, another sad word is VOID of the Holy Spirit. Some people with bigger fancier cars would park up front in the fire lane, Ed was like a celebrity that you could never talk to, and when He had the service via satellite with a martini in his hands, I realized it was time to leave. I got baptized there. He didn't even take the time to show up, or teach the importance of baptism..
