@easyyrider No, because the helicopter doesn't look very good after a tail strike... Imagine that the rotorblades strike the tail. It wold be VERY damaged.

yes it sure dose it look like to me airevac life team would go to the 407s the 206s just dont cut it..

The 206's cut it, obviously, thats why theyre so popular. It wouldnt hurt for AEL to upgrade though
