Dude, the tx you're using is fir surface use not air use. There's a little sticker that says that on the back. @ DhrTressie, check this out. It will help.
How did you open the doll's chest for the servo installation? Did you have to cut it open, or were you able to pry it open somehow? Couldn't please show us inside the chest, could you?
