All joking aside, I hear these babies add 5HP. I saw the dyno charts and am a believer at this point. The vibrations from the duck call create an air-scavenging loop that increases flow through the manifold. Pop a VTEC sticker on there and ya've got yaself another 10HP boost! Highly recommended.

If you dont know where it is by a glance of looking under the hood of your car, you mite want to leave it alone..  besides, venting your bypass valve (your CX-7 doesn't vent to atmosphere) it would just stall out..

Behind the engine on the drivers side... It's black and you can see one hose sticking on top of it. But you shouldn't put a DV in it, because it only works with circulting (don't know how to spell it) valve.

Guys, its a joke, some people like to have fun once in a while. Goregrind1983, you are stupid. If a car has a turbo, it has some sort of bov from the factory! Increases in boost pressure often result in OE bov failure, they are usually made of cheap ass plastic and shoule be replaced unless of course you like vacuum and boost leaks. Not everyone gets their mod ideas from F&F, smartass.

Thats not true, not all factory turbo cars have blow off valves. For example, WRXs dont...

also, a lot of times if the car is running around 6psi or so stock, it wont have a bov.

its actually called a bpv or diverter valve, it recirculates the boost back into the intake manifold rather than releasing it atmospherically. cars that are actually making 25PSI+ of boost usually run BOV's because it will actually be helpful by not overloading the turbine in the turbo with all that extra pressure. this video was created to be funny, so people should just stop hating and enjoi

Actually, its called a recirculating blow off valve, and it releases the pressure to BEFORE the turbo, not the intake manifold (you'd run rich for a second or so)

A Blow off valve vents the pressure out of the intake when the throttle is closed so it doesnt go back through the turbo, which creates compressor surge.
