Hmm... YMMV, I think, for this one. I find it disturbing yes, but not enough to be a Nightmare Fuel. Personally, I think that Feral Chaos' EX Mode is scarier by far.

@Dracowrath1 I think that Nightmare Fuel is supposed to be things that can be scary, but may not be to everyone. That's how I see it anyway.
