I think Ozzy AND Dio are good, I personally like Ozzy more, but Dio has an awesome voice that can rattle the walls. Ozzy's voice is starting to sound shaky sometimes, but for the most part hes still got it in his fucking 60's man, impressve. Dio is actually the same way.

Yes ozzy is very underrated, and modest unlike Dio, ozzy doesnt feel the need to put in big letter "All Words and Melodies By Ronnie Dio" on every album, unlike ego maniac dio who is largely overrated.
