I'm glad it worked for you. I'm not a big fan of drugs and its side effects. We had a college student commit suicide because of anti depressants she was prescribed. I hope more people will accept complementary and alternative medicine because health should not be defined as 'absence of disease' as it is in allopathic/conventional health care. Take care.

how does it feel when they stick those needles in you? eeehh thinking about it makes me cringe!! and i just watched "private practice" last night and saw the doctor do it on addison!! (nevermind if you don't know the show private practice!)

lol, i've totally seen that episode. and it really doesn't hurt. they are really tiny needles, and they don't stick them in far at all. the only ones that hurt sometimes are in my feet, and thats cause there is no flesh there.

Ya know, it's so important to be open to new things. I've always wondered about acupuncture. I used to take antidepressants as well, but they did not work for me at all. I've been off of them for about four years. I'm just taking a natural healthy living approach. Personally, I think it works much better than meds, helps my migraines too. Have a great weekend. ;0)

I'm so glad not everyone is like me, because those acupuncturists would all go out of business and I'm so happy that they can help people...but I am SO AFRAID OF NEEDLES! Yay for you, though!

YES. it really does work, i have no idea how, i just know it does. it's amazing. i say go once or twice and if you don't really like it, oh well. at least you gave it a shot!
