What type of bait were you using? I've been trying live perch, and bullhead cats, but haven't had much luck.

@GuGtheone try 4 pound carp the carp are pretty agressive and they will swim around fighting and make the catfish try to eat them

@reptifreak99 I usually have a little better luck with cut bait for catfish. I think catfish hunt mostly by smell, and cut up carp puts off alot of oil making it easier to find. also that size of carp seems kind of large for bait
