does your xpedition have a knock in the engine by the foot shift? mine does at real low RPM's but im being told that it is a normal sound with polaris's

yes it does have tic tic noise at the crank , centralfugal clutch is moving in and out thats all, watch out for noise at the main clucth wich would be the shift cluch release lever assembly is worn out this is very rare.

ya i have a 425 to but it needs a new filter becouse the caberater was going bad so some gas leked into the air filter so the gas cracked it so i cant use it right now but kool

sounds like your catb needs service,remove carb diss asemble every jet and clean out with fine wire carb clean.replace fuel filter,I have Uni brand filter that is washable,cost 35.00 if I'm right.For fine wire i use speaker wire that are difrent strand sizes and stiffness.
