Why does the FBI say they have "no hard evidence" connecting Bin laden to 9/11. Why has our own government not found bin laden guilty for 9/11?

I know your comment is a little old, but I just saw it now.

You're asking a question that falls under a false assumption. Bin Laden may be a prominent figure in Al Qaeda, but that doesn't mean he actually planned the terrorist attacks. Al Qaeda isn't so much of a terrorist group, as much as it is a terrorist network. Most terrorist organizations work this way actually.

Because OBL didn't fund the attacks. He didn't plan the attacks. That's what KSM is charged for. They do have admissible evidence. And I find it hard to believe that a governemtn who carried out the attacks can't do something so simple like claim to have all kinds of hard evidence.
