People just don't care anymore . I know people who know whats happening but say what can we do about it ..just forget it .

I am not optimistic about the Human Race . There is too much "Consumerism addiction ". It reminds me of Star Trek episode where one planet sold drugs to a neighboring planet and they were hooked on it . They could not see what they had become.

@codewalters Reconnecting to nature as best we can will help a lot. The folks who want to sleep may wake up as more and more folks take action and spread the juice of freedom.

@codewalters I think they do care but are removed form cause and effect results in addition to being lulled buy a variety of drugs that keep hearts hollow and minds searching strip-malls, bars, relationships, and the like to fill what only can be filled from within. Thanks for your thoughts.

The scary part is that we are the second coming, "and you will do greater things" the alarm clock has been ringing since the temple fell. We are slow to learn and fast asleep.

Do you ever feel as though you're trying to talk an entire species down off the ledge? And they just keep saying 'We're just trying to preserve our lifestyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyle.' (That's them losing their balance and falling.)

i like the cam in frig effect. how do you feel about the environment?

I feel it is something to be cherished and supported not a comedy to be used up or completely spent. plants, insects and fish and animals face extinction daily. We maximize out crop production by poisoning the land and water. We can only take as good a care of ourselves as we take of our planet.

Even the most heartless developer must realize that when we start poisoning the seafood, we've gone too far. Seafood is not just good for you.

It is damn near indescribably delicious.

Polluters need their own advocates--because, I mean, come on, who's in favor of a polluter--but they DO NOT need their own members of Congress.

Members of Congress who are essentially polluter lobbyists should be OUTTA THERE, YESTERDAY.

Whether they faithfully bring home the pork or not.

I almost feel as though we need to elect a new Congress-like organization to protect us from the one we have!
