The wonderfull thing about Amy Grant, is her honesty,transparency. How sad that the majority of people held up as idols in todays society are as phony as a 3 dollar bill. God save America.

I really just don't care about what my Sunday school/youth group friends ever thought or said about Amy. She really helped me growing up as a person of faith and I think she is just wonderful. I definately know what she means when she talks about, "writing songs about life." She's great and history will prove that "somewhere down the road."

I can remember quite a few yrs @ that time there was a lot of talk about Amy`s music in the aka christian community and it wasn`t so good . The one thing I can remember that I still have clipping of a teen age sayin that her music brought the cross over. So I believe I think I know what she means when she says " I just write songs about life".
