The more people take shit like this, the more it will happen. Unfoortunately, as funny as this is, it's true. And people need to start revolting. I have a boos like this now, and I document everything he does. He's a paranoid jerk always watching his back. He better. And he wouldn't dare talk to me like that. They know who will take it and who won't.

Only way I see an ass being able to get away with such bullying is if he owned the company. Quartly reviews will go up before an HR rep and we'll see how much of a dick he is then and have him explain to HR why he wants to give such a report and act so stupid.
