  • some sweet info here

  • This is a great video

  • so what if we destroy exactly one of these parts we dont know the function of, with some kind of fine technique could we then find out its function? or not? :D

  • questions on how to help yourself?

check out DoctorMindBodyisIN and ask your question.

  • Great ! nice audio and clear explainations:)

  • If all this neuroscience is true, how come the loosening of muscular armouring releases long-buried traumatic memories and feelings and that helping someone to breathe more fully and naturally intensifies emotions and assists their expression? And that, for example, making eye-contact with another person allows us to feel their feelings? Feelings are not something happening in the brain, they are part and parcel of physiology. (See Wilhelm Reich: The Function of the Orgasm.)

  • @orglancs Hogwash. You CAN'T feel another persons feelings by staring into their eyes. Take away your bodies ability to process dopamine and you'll see how emotions are just in the brain. This sounds like Deepak-Crap. Deep breathing gives your BRAIN more oxygen so it works better, thus more intensified emotions. Muscular armouring looks like pseudo-science...get real, my friend.

  • @orglancs breathing exercises increase oxytocin levels which counteract the stress hormone, cortisol. This intensifies positive emotions and diminishes negative emotions. In terms of feelings not being solely the domain of brain function, to some extent correct; see HPA axis.

  • @Evilrolfharris 'orgone-therapeutic' breathing is NOT a breathing exercise, it's just the natural, unarmoured breathing pattern, brought out by the therapy, until the patient can manage it themselves, unaided, if you undo enough armouring. Yes, right, it does increase oxytocin levels. It is spectacularly effective in supporting active and natural birth and mobilising women's involuntary responses in labour. I used it on the quiet in the British NHS for years as a midwife!

  • @orglancs Most people do not breath very naturally, and in fact cortisol (the stress hormone) interferes with natural breathing (the natural reaction is to hold breath at times of stress). Any kind of therapy that aids the natural breathing process is therefore an exercise, miss pedantic.

  • Amygdala is just a switch for fear & anger, You just switch it off & use your frontal lobe instead. Look people, its a natural response, your slave owners want you to not show emotion & that there must be something wrong with you.... Its all lies. You can reprogram by shutting the amydala off, it reboots & turns on your frontal lobe. If the amygdala is active, then your frontal lobes are off. GET IT!!!! Turn it off to turn your frontal on. You dont need medications or psychological help

  • @LendMeYourHand Cool comment. Moving your emotions in an extreme way is the fastest method to find balance. Sitting on emotions keeps you stuck in your old patterns. Cry like a baby and you will sleep like a baby. Emotions are meant move freely then dissipate quickly. Hold back on fully feeling emotions?? Well this world is a result of just that. We used to be a people of revolutions and riots ! Now we just mumble and grumble.

  • @3877michael You hit it right on the nail awakened one. We have to be in full expression, This prevents compartmentalization of long term memory, By SCREAMING, we decompartmentalize our traumas & have a clear recording. By doing exactly what you have stated allows for ease of long term memory access via subconscious database, The compartmentalized have no knowledge of this memory acquisition technique, it is a reality non exsistent, as their long term memory fades from recall.

  • @LendMeYourHand Ok! I agree.

Inaddition extreme emotional movement also connects us with all humanity ( by compassion) and brings us into a direct relationship with ( GOD) ! As the creator and as our true nature ( our essence and being ) This makes it a yoga YES?

  • May I suggest trying this Natural remedy for LIFE/ Emotions . Just listen to these cds for: sleep, deep relaxation, recovery, breathing; rehearsal, morning and evening. I use these CD's and I am relaxed & sleep soundly – they are really worth weight in gold for Self NURTURE and relaxation, check them out. Jonathan Robert Banks’s is a guru in this field. Listening daily keeps stress at bay – and contentment along the way.

All the best. Google Relaxationforme U-tube yourbraintraining

  • @roytron - If you understand your emotions better you won't need porn. ;- )

  • Does the Creator "except" poor spelling? You better hope so.

  • Dismissing faith in Science isn't the way forward.

People often say if something is too beautiful then it MUST have a creator, you just assume that it must, simply because the design is too complex for coincidence.

You then drop faith in the smaller probability that it DID all come by chance and that everything just gradually evolved

  • now you know also love is created in the brain by a drug that simulate endorfins wich creates a sence of happiness
