I've just seen other videos of the cut scene its paired with the scenario where Nicholai is at the Gas Station and Carlos is at the Sales office speaking of which does anyone know what prior actions you have to make to get that outcome????

@StevenCodeBlack I don't remember very well but I think you have to meet Carlos at the first time in the papers office, not in the restaurant. Maybe it was that or it was when you are at the papers office you have to choice the option to jump out of the window when Nemesis appears.
