@YTUKS what I don't get is the praise she gets for being a mother as if she is the only person with a child who needs alot of care. Its the mothers who care for their kids 24/7 who have CF/MS/cancer/waiting for organ transplants.Thats what being a devoted mother is & there is millions out there who are un sung real hero's. I agree she has devoted alot of time to her child but thats what being a mother is & she should not be praised more than anyone else for doing a mothers role

my brother is deaf and most of his deaf friends have learning difficulties

it is interesting seeing all the children and parents coming together and discussing their own techniques,

I think she would have more fans if they saww this and not her hard exterior. But good on her for breaking out of the steriotype and giving him yup[ for adoption the second she saw he was disabled. :)

@YTUKS without a doubt, hard knocks makes us stronger. It has done me but not in the same context & Katie has had to deal with hard knocks way before she had Harvey. I am guilty of being lazy & not doing anything pro active to help others. People that are less able than me have more drive & inspiration to move on & make the most of their lives & that alone makes me feel ashamed. And the volunteer's who's purpose in life is to give themselves, whole hearted, to help others humbles me. BLESSED

Katie and Peter are great parents. I have watched all their reality shows and they are great togther/ seperated!! i am sick with all this team this and team that... just leave them to get on with their lives and carers without al the team thing!! x
