I sincerely hope that these rations are better than the MRE's. I know that i'm an old dog, but as bad as we thought the old c-rations were, They were one thousand percent better than the MRE's that replaced them. Seriously army, give these guys better chow.
@w0w00t Sorry man, I've had c-rats, and i've had MRE's. As far as i'm concerned the MRE's are sorely lacking. Granted MRE's have more variety, but for me i would rather get bored eating something i like than have a variety of something i don't like. Like i said maybe it's because i'm an old dog.
at any rate, If you prefer MRE's then you're in luck, they're still making them. As for us that likec-rats, well we're just S.O.L. As for the heaters, my crew never had time to use them. Bon apetit.

@iheervoyses What do you mean? MRE's are delicious and have WAY more variety than C-rations and such.
