I get self conscious too. I only have one video so far because of it, but once you get feedback it helps build confidence.

When zucchini gets that big it's not as tasty and the seeds get huge.

If you steam cook and then give it a quick oil/spice stir fry you'll get more nutrients. But most people boil slices down to mush.

The battered and oil fried is yummy.

Zucchini is best medium-sized, yes (it's bitter when too small) - but marrow is good big!
