I wish I had known about that keyboard guard. I have a MacBook Pro that is almost a year old and I have been able to keep it in perfect condition, but I do have that one shiny/glossy spot on my space bar that I haven't been able to get rid of. :(
Apple don't recommend using the silicone keyboard protector. All MacBooks have to be well ventilated to prevent damage of the inside parts. Better to cary a small microfiber cloth for wiping the keys.

Hey, just wondering how good the m-stand is at keeping your macbook cool? I'm about to buy the i-lap, also by rain design, and they're pretty much the same thickness of aluminium base as far as I can tell...

@OpenMyEyesWideShut I think it works pretty well. If you use it without a case or shell on your MBP it cools it nicely. There are feet that raise it up to allow air to pass under the stand and between the stand and the computer.

i freakin hate the moshi clear guard thingy..i have one for my 2010 macbook pro and i can barely see the backlit keys!!

Microsoft mice are actually pretty good. I personally hate small mice. I use an ergonomic Logitech MX revolution.

@Cexs I actually use the iSight webcam on my MacBook Pro >_< but the other camera I have, which I used in my iPhone 4 video is the Sony Bloggie.
